Machinist I – Entry-Level Opportunity

Pay Rate: $17.69/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Plano, TX – 100% On-site

Staffing Synergies is seeking a Machinist I to join our client’s team in Plano, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a precision manufacturing environment supporting the medical device industry. What You’ll Do

• Operate a variety of machines and tools to build, shape, and repair products.
• Work with equipment such as lathes, mills, drills, and grinders to complete production tasks.
• Perform basic setups and operate burr hole and manual machining equipment.
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace while meeting production and quality goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in a machine shop or CNC machining environment.
• Ability to read and understand English for work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of manual machining tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma required; technical certification a plus.
