**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Cycle Counter to join our team in Edwardsville, IL for the 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shift. The Cycle Counter will play a crucial role in accurately counting and reconciling inventory to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in inventory control or cycle counting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using computerized inventory systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory when required

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform regular cycle counts of inventory to maintain accuracy
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory counts
- Update inventory records promptly and accurately in the system
- Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to support operations
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
