SAP Coordinator

Location: Edison, NJ
Pay: $24.00/hour
Shift: 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM

We’re looking for a SAP Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring employees and temporary associate time is tracked accurately and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, collaborating with leadership, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Review, reconcile, and validate accurate clock-in/clock-out times for hourly and temporary workers
• Log and track downtime, including breaks and lunches
• Ensure all employee time is accurately captured and maintained in SAP
• Monitor and update employee transitions between production lines in SAP
• Run and distribute daily time and labor reports to temporary agencies
• Partner closely with site leadership to ensure indirect labor is tracked correctly
• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels
• Support ongoing process and efficiency improvements

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with SAP or another WMS is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Ownership mindset and accountability for assigned responsibilities
• Comfortable performing all computer functions related to the role

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Production and/or warehouse setting
• Walking, standing, and bending for the duration of the shift
