HR Staffing Coordinator

Location: Lebanon, PA | Shift: 6:30 AM- 4:00 PM | Pay: $22

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Staffing Coordinator to support our employees and ensure smooth daily operations at our LEBANON, PA facility. What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for employees, ensuring they feel supported and valued. You’ll:

• Manage employee check-in and attendance daily
• Perform safety walks to maintain a safe, compliant workplace
• Process attendance, timekeeping, and staffing reports
• Assist with orientations and onboarding new team members
• Provide coaching, discipline, and support to employees as needed
• Respond to employee concerns, questions, and workplace incidents
• Partner closely with HR leadership and staffing agencies to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of related HR/Staffing experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and Outlook
• Ability to build relationships, handle sensitive situations, and make sound decisions
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
