FORKLIFT DRIVER

Location: Edwardsville IL

Schedule: 1st - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking skilled Forklift Drivers with Reach Truck experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate Reach Trucks and Stand-Up Counterbalanced Riders to load/unload trailers, locate materials, and prepare loads for shipment in a clean and safety-first environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Must have Reach Truck experience (Deep Reach required)
- Current Forklift Certification
- Experience with WMS scanning systems (preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Must pass forklift operation test, background check, and drug screening
- Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate Reach Trucks & Stand-Up Counterbalanced Riders
- Load/unload trailers and properly locate incoming materials
- Pre-stage loads for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized shipping & receiving areas
- Assist the production team with other warehouse duties as needed
